From the broker
The Standfast 50 "Arend" is a well-built, long-distance cruising yacht designed by Frans Maas and built by Standfast Yachts in Breskens in 1987 (hull no. 602). She measures 14.95 m in length and 4.32 m in beam, with a draft of 2.05 m and a displacement of 20,000 kg.
She has undergone significant refits, including a new teak deck in 2010 and an upgrade to hydraulic winches. Power comes from a Volvo Penta TAMD 31A Turbo of 105 HP on a shaft drive with folding propeller.
Below decks she offers a spacious and warm interior with 2 cabins and 4+2 berths, two heads with showers, a pressurised hot water system and Eberspächer hot air heating. She comes with extensive navigation and sailing equipment: B&G instruments, Furuno radar, Transas plotter, AIS, autopilot, a 7-sail Dacron inventory with furling main, and Barient winches.
