Beneteau First 30 JK, designed by Juan Kouyoumdjian, the naval architect behind the Volvo Ocean Race 70. This high-performance sailing yacht combines comfortable cruising with competitive racing and is fully equipped for immediate use.

Hull & engine
The hull is in excellent condition, thanks to a preventive epoxy anti-osmosis treatment (7 layers) applied in 2020, complemented by annual antifouling (Hempel Hard Racing). The Yanmar 3YM20 (21 hp) with SD20 saildrive and 2-blade folding propeller is well maintained.

Sail wardrobe: new, Dimension Polyant PX 20 LS laminate
Mainsail 35 m² (Square Top, 3 reefs, Full/Tri Radial), as new. High Aspect Jib 105% 28 m², new. Solent 18 m² on removable inner forestay, as new. Code 0 58 m² on Selden CX 15 furler, IRC-compliant, as new. Gennaker 83 m² in premium ripstop nylon, as new. New Selden spinnaker pole. Winter sail set included (mainsail + HA jib).

Cockpit & handling
Very spacious cockpit for a 30-footer. All control lines are led aft for easy manoeuvring, ideal for short-handed or solo sailing. Navigation instruments and generous storage throughout.

Electronics & navigation
Raymarine Smartpilot X30 with remote control, Garmin GNX Wind Wireless 2, 2x Garmin GNX 20 instruments, AIS Class B transponder, NMEA 2000 network with WiFi multiplexer (tablet/PC), VHF with DSC & AIS including wireless handset, and 4 MOB wristbands with automatic VHF alarm.

Power
220 Ah service battery (Deep Cycle AGM), 70 Ah starter battery, CRISTEC 40A battery charger, 110 Wp solar panel with Victron SmartSolar MPPT, and Quick Boiler 25 L on engine and shore power.

Interior
Two cabins, saloon suitable for 4 persons, one bathroom. Everything in very good condition. Hard spray hood (2020), leecloths in the cabin, running backstays.
